I Used to Trade Hours for Dollars.
It Almost Broke Me.
Now I build the infrastructure that lets business owners sell 24/7 — without being the bottleneck.
The Sign Company
At 19, I started a sign company. I thought owning a business meant freedom.
I was designing every sign myself
Managing every order
Chasing every invoice
Working nights and weekends
I owned the business. But the business owned me.
The Massage Therapy Trap
Later, I became a licensed massage therapist. $200-$300 per hour sounds great — until you realize:
I could only do 3-8 sessions per day before my hands cramped
My body became the bottleneck
If I didn't show up, I didn't get paid
High income. Zero freedom.
Fire Performing & Entertainment
I started a fire performing and entertainment rental business.
I was the product
If I didn't perform, we didn't make money
Nights, pressure, performance on demand
No matter how hard I worked, I hit the same ceiling every time.
The Realization
After years of grinding through every business model I could find, I finally saw the pattern:
Every business that scaled had one thing in common: systems.
Not hustle.Not talent.Not luck.
Systems = team + tools that work for you 24/7.
The businesses that worked weren't run by people working harder. They were run by infrastructure that worked while they slept.
The Shift
I stopped trading time for money. I started building infrastructure.
I learned:
GHL (GoHighLevel) inside and out
How to automate everything from lead capture to client delivery
How to position offers so they sell themselves
How to replicate voice and style with AI so content never stops
Most founders aren't failing. They're just unstructured.
What I Do Now
I build the infrastructure that lets service and product business owners sell 24/7 — without being the bottleneck.
Not coaching. Not consulting. Infrastructure.
The site. The CRM. The automations. The follow-up. The content. The machine that captures leads, converts sales, onboards clients, and delivers — whether you're online or not.
Because if your business falls apart when you step away, it's not built yet.
Who I Am
My name is The Bald Eagle.
I run Eagles Automations 24/7 — and I build businesses that run without their founders being the glue holding everything together.
I've been in the trenches. I know what it's like to be stuck on the treadmill. And I know how to get off.
What I Believe
Time is the most valuable thing you have.
Most people waste it chasing money. What if money could chase you instead? That's what infrastructure does.
