Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eagles Automations services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Eagles Automations provides business automation services, including but not limited to:

  • CRM setup and management using GoHighLevel
  • Marketing automation and funnel building
  • Content creation and social media management
  • Business consulting and strategy services
  • Technical implementation and support

Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing clients.

Payment: Payment is due upon purchase for one-time builds. Monthly services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion and must be requested within 7 days of purchase for build packages.

Cancellation: Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment through the end of your billing period.

Service Delivery

Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, materials, and information required for service delivery.

Scope Changes: Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, and information you provide to us.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you (funnels, content, automations).

Our Property: We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our services utilize third-party platforms including GoHighLevel. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your own accounts with third-party services
  • Paying any fees charged by third-party platforms
  • Complying with third-party terms of service
  • Understanding that we are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagles Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranties Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Success depends on many factors including your business model, market conditions, and implementation of our recommendations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagles Automations from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
